Ryan O’Connor was our salesman and treated us with with respect and courtesy! After signing all paperwork and taking our new car home we found the final paperwork confusing and felt we had not received a discount offered on our original sales price proposal! As you would expect we were confused and upset! After calls to Ryan, Tim(sales mgr) they had us come back in the next morning and they took the time to go over all the paperwork and explain how the figures were arrived at! This eliminated our concerns and then felt everything was correct! This helped and we appreciated everyone’s efforts in our behalf! Later I received a call from Ryan concerned that we felt he had mislead us during the process! I assured him that we feel he was completely above board and respectful to us and we were very happy! His concern showed us his integrity and honesty! Thank you for everyone’s efforts!

Code po191 after last year having the entire fuel system replaced. Service check in said sensor and needed to order. I was leaving town the next week. Was supposed to call me back in next day to replace Quoted $2300. I questioned high price when Google said $600. Never called. I called twice and got answering machine. No call back. I found a performance diesel shop. They replaced part for $501. Finally 3 wks later service dept calls back. I sent to vm. Service dept has declined to not answering phone & price gouging. I won't be back

Good Service from the advisor although I had a question about a rattle and I wasn't sure the answer from the advisor addresses my question. I should asked to talk to the technician. The place is way overpriced. I declined both fixes due to pricing but was still charged $300. Firestone fixed one of my issues and I saved about $450. Live and learn.

I first came in and the technician was very nice. He tried to upsell me on fluid charges, etc. At the very end, he tried to upsell me on new tires and then advised me only at that time that my tires had NOT been rotated. I had my husband check my tires. They are fine and have plenty of tread. I’m leasing this car and I advised this technician up front. Very dissatisfied in this visit!

It only took about 2 - 2.5 hours to complete the service and I was still charged 3.4 labor hours. I always thought the OEM recommended time frame to complete a service was so the customer wasn't being overcharged by the dealership and if the service was completed sooner, the actual labor time would be charged. This seems very excessive to me, and I plan to look elsewhere for future services. $200/labor hour is ludicrous. Thanks, John Mills

He went out and wiped down the entire outside of the vehicle after a light rain and even cleaned the wheels. All of the paperwork was ready to go when I got there which was a huge plus. Brought my car in for routine maintainence and an investigation into a noise that had developed. It had to stay overnight. I was seemlesly offered a rental and as usual everything was explained well. The person I worked with had outstanding communication skills, especially with relating news that which was less than ideal. He walked me to my car (I walk with a cane) which though it wasn’t necessary, was certainly nice. I will keep coming back. There’s just not that many places anymore that give such outstanding service.

We started working with the service department in September when we purchased our used Yukon. It had a couple of chips in the windshield and part of the purchase agreement was that Brogden would replace the windshield. We were told that they would have to order one and we would be informed when the windshield came in so we could schedule the installation. We called several times to check if the windshield was in, was told they would check with the installer for a time to schedule and to expect a call back . Time went by and they never called. We contacted them several times with promises for a return call. During this time a sensor went out in the front end and we called to add it to the work order. Once again was promised a call and no call ever came. Meanwhile during all this the battery started having connectivity issues. This went on until December when we had finally had it. We made one more call and instead of talking with service we got ahold of a salesmen. The situation was explained and we let them k ow how upset we were about the lack of communication and poor customer service . Finally, we were able to have some follow through. We were very dissatisfied and highly frustrated. It shouldn’t have to take this much effort and frustration to get service that was promised 4 months prior. Our warranty expired during this time which would have covered the 2 additional problems the vehicle had but we couldn’t even get it in to take care of those. When we finally did get it in for the work to be completed they had my vehicle for over a week in which we had more promises of call back with zero follow through. If we could give less than 1 start we would.

made my appointment for my truck. When I got there the service person wrote it up right away and told me about when it would be done. It was done as said. Service person went over what was done. The only thing there is the customer wait room. After having an Audi and a Lexus, the wait area leaves much to be desired.

Appointment at 10:20. Arrive at 10:15 for oil change and tire rotation. Car goes back at 10:33 and was finally completed after almost 2 hours. Only addition was wiper blades. Shouldn’t take 2 hours for a service. Frustrating!

I arrived at 9:25 for a 9:30 appointment. I parked vehicle in the maintenance bay and walked into check in area. One check-in person was on phone and it looked like no one else was available. Someone was sitting on chairs near copier. After 8 minutes that person finally got up and asked if I wanted to check in. There was no greeting and nothing to make me think he worked there. Then it took until 11:20 to get my car serviced. That was without a tire rotation.

The experience has been disappointing. There's been an issue with the vehicle's headliner for 2 years. We learned that notes were not documented on the vehicle each time we brought it up during service work so when it was brought up again most recently there was only one documented incident and so it was implied that it never happened since there were no notes. The headliner was replaced so the issue was supposed to be fixed and within days of getting the car back the issue returned. After going in for a second service on it during another repair the update the tech gave for what was wrong did not match the notes on the service ticket. The service ticket read as if we had done something wrong and it was corrected which was not what happened. Sadly, the issue has not yet been fully fixed as after getting the vehicle back the issue is starting again.

Saw a fluid leak in my garage a week ago wasn’t sure which fluid, on inspection at the dealership was told it was radiator fluid and that there was a leak coming from the upper housing. Remedy was a new radiator that was installed Wednesday and Thursday this week. All work appeared to be done fine, but upon checkout noticed Check Engine light was on. Pulled vehicle back in and they found a stuck radiator fluid heat sensor and got it unstuck pretty quickly! Overall pleased with the work done, but someone should have noticed that before the car was returned to me, attention to detail! Matt Hoover did a good job getting things done and his communication with customers is great! Overall, happy but hope for no further issues in the near future.

My appointment was at 9 o’clock, and I sat in a very long line inside my car waiting to get checked in. After about 15 minutes, I got out of my car and walked inside and asked what I was supposed to do. This is my first time here I explained. The guy asked for my name and then answered the phone and I just kind of stood there. Eventually, I went and sat down. After about 15 minutes, I got back up and went and asked somebody else if there was something more I needed to do. The young lady that I spoke with said no we have you checked in. I then asked how long will this take and she said one hour to 1 1/2 hours. I wouldn’t sat and visited with an extremely. I then asked how long will this take and she said one hour to 1 1/2 hours. I went sat and visited with an extremely nice man for most of the time. When my car was ready, they called me up. They charged $124 for my oil change. I usually go to the Chevy dealership and it’s under $100 so I was a little bit taken by. Anyways, I will was on my way and as I was pulling back onto the main road, my car had zero pick up. As I floored my foot on the gas, it only went to 10. Something was logging. I was almost hit by oncoming traffic. Unfortunately, I had to drive a little bit before I could turn around because of how the road is. I was going about 10 to 12 mph because that is the most my car would go. Once I got back to turn around and get back into the dealership I went inside and let them know. They seemed more put off by me that anything. They took my keys and said that they would have a technician look at it. After about 20 minutes, they came back and said oh it looks like they didn’t complete the recall that they had checked with the machine or the computer whatever I couldn’t quite understand. Anyways, I was then on my way. Honestly, the customer service sucked here and I will not be returning.

I had an appointment to have my oil changed, and while I was waiting, I asked to have the battery replaced in my extra key fob. After I got home, I realized the repaired key fob must have fallen out of my jacket pocket. I called the service department, and Lacey determined the fob was found by another customer and was turned into the service desk. The service department went above and beyond to look for the item and call me when it was located. Thank you Lacey for your excellent customer service.

Ryan O’Connor was our salesman and treated us with with respect and courtesy! After signing all paperwork and taking our new car home we found the final paperwork confusing and felt we had not received a discount offered on our original sales price proposal! As you would expect we were confused and upset! After calls to Ryan, Tim(sales mgr) they had us come back in the next morning and they took the time to go over all the paperwork and explain how the figures were arrived at! This eliminated our concerns and then felt everything was correct! This helped and we appreciated everyone’s efforts in our behalf! Later I received a call from Ryan concerned that we felt he had mislead us during the process! I assured him that we feel he was completely above board and respectful to us and we were very happy! A couple of things I’m wondering about. First, I bought a tube of paint that matched my car and was told it was about $35.00. The ticket shows it was $31.18 and I am charged $51.13!!! Second, I was told that a wheel alignment was needed and it was around $135.00. I authorized the work and was charged $189.95!!! Then, at checkout I asked if you had a Veterans discount and was told that you do and they would add the information to my file for next time?!?! Next time?? What about this time?? I brought our Buick Envision in for an oil change and wound up with a $373.29 bill!!! I’m not saying I won’t be back but it does make me wonder a bit. Paul Katzer.

I recently bought a beautiful GMC Yukon Denali Ultimate from Robert Brogden GMC, and I have to say the entire experience was outstanding thanks to two incredible people: Jimmy and Paul. He took the time to walk me through all the features of the Yukon Denali Ultimate, answered every question I had (and I had a lot!), and made sure I felt completely confident in my decision. He truly listened to what I wanted and helped me get exactly the vehicle I was looking for. Then came Paul in finance — what a pro! He made the financing process smooth, transparent, and actually enjoyable (which I didn’t think was possible). His calm, professional approach took all the stress out of the money side of things. Together, Jimmy and Paul turned what is usually a long, stressful car-buying day into a genuinely positive experience. If you’re in the market for a new GMC, especially a loaded Yukon Denali Ultimate, do yourself a favor and ask for Jimmy and make sure Paul handles your financing. My truck was dropped off late Tuesday night and was supposed to be done possibly by Friday however it went to Saturday and then I finally got it on Monday due to some parts that they didn’t have on hand, Matt made sure that I got my truck on Monday, even if he had to pick me up and take me home.
