Not a great experience The “required” service plan and the lowball trade in allowance nearly ended the transaction. Ryan O’Connor was pleasant and seemed to follow the dealership direction of selling the plan. The “general manager” who never even introduced himself was less than friendly and nearly ended the deal. We did not need or want the service plan they required and after addressing it multiple times they dropped the cost to $1. The salesman commented on how nice our trade in was and that it appeared to be well taken care of. Then the trade offer listed it as in “rough condition”. This car was 9 years old with 112000 miles. No exterior damage and the interior is clean with no rips, tears or stains. It is below average mileage for its age and has newer tires with less than 10,000 miles on them. I fully understand the dealership would not try to resell it and would wholesale it out. However, it was not well received that they comment how nice it was, then list is as rough. Terry in finance was pleasant as well. She did her job and attempted to sell us the extended warranties and other dealer services. We declined as we have never needed them before and having been in the automotive repair industry for 36 years myself I am fully capable of maintaining or repairing most anything that arises. Overall I would not recommend your dealership to anyone for any reason. Ryan gets a 4 out of 5 Terry gets 4 out of 5. “General manager” - I would give negative if I could.

It is super frustrating when I pay 500+ for service and they don’t even wash the vehicle. If I owned a dealership especially one that sold vehicles near 6 figures I would wash the cars each time they came in. Seems a small expense that would make a customer happy.

My service advisor, Matt Hoover, did an excellent job of explaining the service to be performed. Communications by both email and text messaging were prompt and most informative. Matt also set up courtesy transportation both to and from my home. Both transportation drivers were prompt and courteous. Brogden has some of the most dynamic Sales professionals in the car business and continues to have the absolute worst customer service in the Service Department. We have a 24 Yukon and a 2020 4Runner. Every time we go in to the Toyota dealer, it is a painless process. The place is clean and inviting. Someone greets me at the car and gets me scheduled for service. Whenever we bring the Yukon in it always seems like mass confusion and everyone is staring at their computers, no one asks me how they can help. I have to basically announce that I am standing there and could use some help. We understand the service department is busy. We arrive for our appointments on time and doesn't feel like anyone is ready for us when we arrive. I look forward to service on the 4Runner because of the experience we get from Toyota. I have always wanted a Sierra pickup truck. I don't expect that I'll buy one from Robert Brogden because of the really painful processes everytime we come in. I am very patient, but I really dislike haiving to bring the Yukon in for service here.

Katie checked me in and out. The 90k mile maintainence she recommended was too expensive for me right know so she explained each item and considering a long road trip I have planned in June, she helped me pick which items would benefit me most today (and the others can be done after my road trip.) I had an appointment in the early afternoon I needed to go to and she estimated I would be finished at Brogden by 12:15, in plenty of time to go to my meeting. I pulled out from the service department onto Santa Fe at 12:13. As nice as that level of customer care is, what made my visit next level was that she walked me out to my car when it was done (I walk with a cane and was stiff from sitting in the waiting area). She said she wanted to “Check to make sure the utility papers had all been removed from my car”. Really nice job Robert-Brogden! That’s the kind of experience I can’t help but brag about.

Felt the dealer deceived my wife into spending almost $1000 when all we wanted was to check the recall (which the dealer had no information on) and get an oil change on a 1 year old vehicle. They also sold us a dealer warranty and had no record of that and was wondering if the new wipers put on were covered

I was planning a trip out of town but noticed while driving my truck it felt like it was pulling, almost like a bad spark plug. I made an appointment at Brogden in Olathe Matt Hoover got my truck in immediately! When driving the truck with the service manager they to had felt the same thing,they looked for the recall there's no fix at this but instead found a program to fix my truck!! Our initial experience wasn’t great, but Angela stepped in to help us purchase our new Yukon and she did an outstanding job. I didn’t think there was any way I would reconsider buying after the initial discussions broke down. Angela was patient with us and delivered the promised deal we had negotiated. She also arranged for delivery of the vehicle and switch for our trade. The gentleman (I believe his name was John) who delivered the Yukon was a gem, very kind and I enjoyed meeting him. The experience was amazing! Sam Skid was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and walked us through the the whole process. Phil Skid and Paul Levin where also amazing as o work with! Both threw some humor in to break any tension on “dealing with car salesman.” Overall a 10 out of 10. My only two mistakes were going to Cable Dahmer first and not asking to throw in Buicks’s nice looking floor liners.

The experience of getting the car repaired was great. The only setback i have is that i have a relationship with Olathe Ford as well right down the street. They service one of our other cars, and they will usually get me in a loaner if it is over a day. There are plenty of vehicles on all dealership lots for this purpose. I don't think that vehicles are selling like hotcakes that fast to not have either a used car or new one available on the lot.

Had my 2017 Acadia in to check out engine light. Positive was they worked me in quickly. Since they didn’t have part in stock I declined a few things like air filters. Downside is they did not put the cabin air filter back together. SA Jim came out and got a tech to resolve, although now glove box does not close properly. Not that big a deal but when driving home noticed the hood wasn’t fully latched. Pulled over to check and they also did not put the engine air filter back either. Don’t know how it got “released” from service in that condition. Thankful it was me driving and not my wife or daughter.

I am writing to share concerns regarding the service. I recently received at Robert Brogden and Olathe for my Buick encore. I originally brought my car in because I have been advised during a previous visit that both my front and rear brakes needed to be replaced I scheduled an appointment for 7 AM on Monday and dropped my car off the night before however, I did not receive any communication about the status of my car until 2 PM that day at the time I was informed that only my front brakes needed service, but I was also told that my car had three critical issues requiring attention. When I began asking questions about these additional issues they were suddenly removed from the inspection sheet when I picked up my my vehicle, the inspection summary only listed front brakes with no mention of the earlier critical concerns. Recent consistency is confusing and concerning on one of the issues initially quoted to me would’ve cost approximately $847 yet when reached out to a second independent service provider the cost of the repair was 437. In addition, I was not shown any evidence of the other alleged issues, such as a cracked AC valor, leaking gasket. I would’ve appreciated the opportunity to see photos, diagrams, or a technician explain to help me better understand the condition of my vehicle. Without that transparency I found it difficult to trust the recommendation. At this point, I feel, I’ve received conflicting and possibly inflated information in it let me questioning the honesty and transparency of the service I received from the dealership. I hope you understand how frustrating and unsettling this is to me.

I was acknowledged as soon as I walked in and asked if I wanted water. I had an appointment with Ryan O’Connor. He was ready with two vehicles to drive that fit the description of what I was looking for. I didn’t like either car, so he found me two others and I decided I wanted one of them. Then Terry and Mike got me a few different deals to consider for my lease. Again I chose one deal that aligned with my budget and lifestyle. Simple, and done. That was June 28, 2025. By Monday the 30th I had traded in my 2023 Envision and was driving home in my new 2025 Envision, after a tutorial by Ryan to understand the updated technology.

Over the weekend I had a flat tire. After waiting 3.5 hours, Discount Tire told me that the tire could not be repaired. Monday morning I took my truck in to see Lacey Pfannenstiel at Brogden GMC, she went and got the tire service technician and we all decided that trying to patch the tire would be our best option. It was a success. This was all done within 45 minutes. This was my third experience with Lacey, I assure you, there will be many more. She’s the BEST!

Code po191 after last year having the entire fuel system replaced. Service check in said sensor and needed to order. I was leaving town the next week. Was supposed to call me back in next day to replace Quoted $2300. I questioned high price when Google said $600. Never called. I called twice and got answering machine. No call back. I found a performance diesel shop. They replaced part for $501. Finally 3 wks later service dept calls back. I sent to vm. Service dept has declined to not answering phone & price gouging. I won't be back

Good Service from the advisor although I had a question about a rattle and I wasn't sure the answer from the advisor addresses my question. I should asked to talk to the technician. The place is way overpriced. I declined both fixes due to pricing but was still charged $300. Firestone fixed one of my issues and I saved about $450. Live and learn.

I first came in and the technician was very nice. He tried to upsell me on fluid charges, etc. At the very end, he tried to upsell me on new tires and then advised me only at that time that my tires had NOT been rotated. I had my husband check my tires. They are fine and have plenty of tread. I’m leasing this car and I advised this technician up front. Very dissatisfied in this visit!

Brought my car in for routine maintainence and an investigation into a noise that had developed. It had to stay overnight. I was seemlesly offered a rental and as usual everything was explained well. The person I worked with had outstanding communication skills, especially with relating news that which was less than ideal. He walked me to my car (I walk with a cane) which though it wasn’t necessary, was certainly nice. I will keep coming back. There’s just not that many places anymore that give such outstanding service.

The people are great. My complaint is the $200/hour labor rate. The 15K service on my 2500 HD cost $981. It only took about 2 - 2.5 hours to complete the service and I was still charged 3.4 labor hours. I always thought the OEM recommended time frame to complete a service was so the customer wasn't being overcharged by the dealership and if the service was completed sooner, the actual labor time would be charged. This seems very excessive to me, and I plan to look elsewhere for future services. $200/labor hour is ludicrous. Thanks, John Mills

Appointment at 10:20. Arrive at 10:15 for oil change and tire rotation. Car goes back at 10:33 and was finally completed after almost 2 hours. Only addition was wiper blades. Shouldn’t take 2 hours for a service. Frustrating!

We started working with the service department in September when we purchased our used Yukon. It had a couple of chips in the windshield and part of the purchase agreement was that Brogden would replace the windshield. We were told that they would have to order one and we would be informed when the windshield came in so we could schedule the installation. We called several times to check if the windshield was in, was told they would check with the installer for a time to schedule and to expect a call back . Time went by and they never called. We contacted them several times with promises for a return call. During this time a sensor went out in the front end and we called to add it to the work order. Once again was promised a call and no call ever came. Meanwhile during all this the battery started having connectivity issues. This went on until December when we had finally had it. We made one more call and instead of talking with service we got ahold of a salesmen. The situation was explained and we let them k ow how upset we were about the lack of communication and poor customer service . Finally, we were able to have some follow through. We were very dissatisfied and highly frustrated. It shouldn’t have to take this much effort and frustration to get service that was promised 4 months prior. Our warranty expired during this time which would have covered the 2 additional problems the vehicle had but we couldn’t even get it in to take care of those. When we finally did get it in for the work to be completed they had my vehicle for over a week in which we had more promises of call back with zero follow through. If we could give less than 1 start we would.

made my appointment for my truck. When I got there the service person wrote it up right away and told me about when it would be done. It was done as said. Service person went over what was done.
