Routine maintenance, oil change and tire rotation. Work completed quickly. Everyone in the service department were friendly and efficient. We also had a problem that our mailbox key that fell down behind the door on the little ashtray like compartment at the left side of the steering column. The Key was retrieved by the service department along with a package of gum and a little box of mints. Job well done. A big reason for switching to the Terrain and GMC for our new purchase was our dissatisfaction with the local Ford dealership's maintenance facility.
